Rachel Foster (formerly Picken)

Rachel is a strategic thinker ready to solve your gnarly communications issues with the help of Agile awesomeness.
She is the zesty lime that elevates the gorgeous guacamole that is the Agile team.
Rachel started her career in print journalism before moving into PR.
She’s a Chartered PR consultant, a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, and a qualified Agile coach. She also holds the highest level of qualification for public relations in the UK and is considered the “Gold Standard”.
Rachel is a CIPR trainer and former associate tutor. She’s a real people person and knows how to unlock the right story.
Agile Agency Manager
Charla knows how to keep the plates spinning while ensuring our projects are constantly gaining momentum. She keeps our clients happy and informed while upholding the Agile principles of transparency, collaboration, and delivering early and continuous value.
Charla has a marvellous background in marketing which is the secret sauce to her knowing how to best deliver value to our clients.
Head of Digital
Lyssa is a marketing nerd who loves utilising the whole marketing mix but especially loves SEO. It’s the perfect mixture of technical wizardry and carefully curated content!
She uses Agile methodologies and data-driven marketing to help organisations get real results.
Lyssa’s worked with global tech companies and smaller local community-driven organisations to help them unleash their authentic selves and build better connections with their audience. She firmly believes that your messaging shouldn’t be vague or vanilla.
Wonderful website design and developer
Jessica has a background in sales and marketing, which set her up for success when she pivoted to become a website designer and developer.
She creates beautiful sites that are delightful for users to use and experience.
Jessica a total pro who always delivers on time and on budget, there are no costly, sprawling tech projects here.

Alex has over 17 years working in branding and design – and wow does it show.
His creative genius knows no bounds and after all these years, he still finds new ways to surprise us with his delightful work.
He’s worked with some incredible global brands helping them unlock their true aesthetic potential. He’s a guy who really knows what people like!

Katie is a dreamy designer who loves purpose-driven design.
She has over 15 years of experience helping clients realise their brand vision and communication their awesomeness effectively.
Epic editorial design
Rob spent over 10 years as Senior Editorial Designer for Trinity Mirror/Reach plc including working on the award-winning Cornwall Today, West and PL magazines.
Rob takes pleasure in designing for both web and print, which sees him take on diverse roles. He has designed websites for clients like OnLondon and DWR Offshore, while also enjoying print work like the annual report designs for Blue Marine Foundation and Cornwall Air Ambulance, and redesigning Business Cornwall magazine and more recently The Surfer’s Path magazine. Rob has delivered a number of research reports for Oxford Sustainable Finance Group, including ETRC.
Excellent events management
Claire is co-director at our sister company 80 Percent Awesome with Rachel Foster, but she’s also Deputy Head of Subject – Events, Tourism, & Hospitality at the University of Northampton and the Director of Monkey Weasel, a creative business consultancy.
That’s a lot of hats to wear, but Claire is an events pro and knows how to juggle lots of important balls in the air at once.
Claire has organised lots of high-profile events over the years and will ensure that they exceed expectations.
Deborah is a highly experienced Chartered Accountant and strategic finance professional who knows her numbers.
She loves to enable entrepreneurs to gain clarity in their finances, helping them maximise profits and free time. Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Association of Business Mentors.
Deborah has been featured in the Financial Times, accolades don’t come much higher than that!
Seriously strategic socials
Lerryn is serious about social media, she knows how to use it strategically to help your organisation reach its goals.
She has a certificate in social media marketing from Cornell University and is excellent at upskilling your in-house team in social media magic.
Media training and crisis communications
Scott is another member of the Agile Communications Team who started his career as a journalist. Now he helps organisations get to the next level by providing specialist media training and crisis management. If you’re ever in a bit of a communications pickle, Scott is the person you need to speak with.
He’s helped NHS Blood and Transplant, Coco-Cola, Aldi, LLoyds, and local authorities with their media training and crisis comms.
If you need help becoming a more confident spokesperson for podcasts, media relations, or public speaking, Scott can help take you to the next level.
Coaching and leadership trainer
Scott is an experienced digital leader with two decades of experience leading cutting-edge web and intranet services.
He has spoken across the globe about how to lead digital services that make an impact and deliver results.
He has won multiple international awards for his work.
He now specialises in helping clients deliver high-value digital services for customers and employees. He also coaches and trains teams to discover the joy of true agility and high performance, all without burnout.
