7. How do you communicate during a project 

Effective communication is really what makes a project sink or swim. But lucky for you, we’ve totally nailed this.  

We’re all about openness and transparency – working out in the open is an Agile thing and we love it. There are some awesome ceremonies we’ll introduce, and we’ll usually work in two-week sprints. 

We also like to set up a Trello board for your project so you can see all the work that’s happening in real-time! How cool is that? All tasks are on Trello, and we link all your important links there for easy access. It’s the go-to place for project updates.  

We like video calls and know how useful they are as we work with national clients. But, we also value face to face communication and make this happen when and where we can too.  

8. How do you stay up to date with the latest trends and industry updates? 

We’re big fans of continuous learning. We prioritise ongoing education and professional development whether that’s through attending conferences, online courses, or other certifications. CPD is championed here at Agile HQ and we’re big readers/audiobook listeners.  

We’re also active parts of professional networks and our founder Rachel is a chartered PR.

9. What is your process for developing a communications strategy?  

No two comms strategies are the same, and the discovery workshops we mentioned earlier play a key part in us developing something effective for you.  
It’s all about careful planning, analysis, collaboration, and the ability to respond to change. 

We do our research and analysis as well as goal setting. This is followed by audience identification as well as key messages and positioning.  

Only then do we look at channel selection, and content creation and distribution.  

Next it’s time to roll up our sleeves and implement and execute.  

And finally, we measure and evaluate – pivoting when needed.
